A Connecticut police says, a couple has been arrested on charges for allegedly engaging in sexual activities in a parked car in the McDonald’s parking lot in front of a 6-year-old child in the back seat.

The couple was spotted by the two McDonald's employees, who were leaving the restaurant in Orange when they two people engaged in sexual activity in the front seats of a car. A child was in the back seat, awake and alert, they added.

The West Haven couple was identified as Kimberly Onorato, 28, and Rory Clark, 27, police announced. The police said in a statement, Clark and Onorato “appeared to be engaged in sexual activity in the front seats of the car while a small child was seated in the back, watching.”

Clark and Onorato are both charged with impairing morals of a minor and breach of peace.

Authorities allege that, Onorato was partially undressed when officers arrived. On the other hand, the couple said, they were only “cuddling” after enjoying a meal at McDonald’s.

The incident was reported to Connecticut’s Department of Children and Family Services and the child was placed in the care of a relative.
