Save The Children’s employees said that they received a parcel in the mail addressed to the organization, in which they found a large quantity of white powder in a vacuum sealed container.

The Fire Department dispatches its hazardous equipments unit that tested the powder and determined it to be 3 pounds of Phencyclidine also know as angel dust, a powerful hallucinogen.

Police then traced the return address on the package to a consignment shop in San Diego.

Employees at the Mailroom said that Dickson had stopped into the Mailroom many times apparently looking for something. But he left as soon as the workers questioned him.

In a sting operation conducted by police, officers planted an empty box, identical to the one that was delivered in the Mailroom and then they waited.

After a short time they saw Dickson walk into the Mailroom, and grab the planted box and leave with it hidden under his clothing. He was then arrested by the police.

During interrogation Dickson denied knowing what was in the box and claimed that he had picked it by mistake.
